We Offer Flexible Preventive Maintenance Agreements for Your Cat® Equipment

By signing up for a Preventive Maintenance (PM) agreement, you’re assuring your equipment remains on a regular service schedule. This can be a big benefit for companies who don’t have the time or resources to devote to preventive maintenance practices.

What’s Included in a PM Agreement?

When you enter into a Boyd CAT agreement, our services technicians will thoroughly inspect your machines at regular intervals. We’ll replace old, worn-out parts with genuine Cat replacement parts to ensure the best possible performance and longevity.
We’ll also provide the Cat S•O•SSM Fluid Analysis service to ascertain the health of oil, coolant and other vital machine fluids. At the conclusion of the service, we’ll provide you with written reports containing our findings. We’ll also list any recommendations for correcting issues that might otherwise create the need for major repairs down the road.

Customizable PM Agreements to Meet Your Requirements and Budget

A Boyd CAT’s PM agreement is not a “one-size-fits-all” proposition! We’ll work with you to create a customized agreement that specifically addresses your equipment maintenance needs. Using your input, we’ll take into account factors such as the way you use your machines, your typical job site and work environment, and the extent of your in-house service capabilities.
Pricing is also extremely flexible. We offer services as a fixed cost per usage, as a flat monthly fee or on a per-visit basis — whichever works best for you. Keep in mind that you can also include any allied (non-Cat) in your PM agreement.
