What’s Included in a PM Agreement?

When you enter into a Boyd CAT agreement, our services technicians will thoroughly inspect your machines at regular intervals. We’ll replace filters with genuine Cat replacement parts to ensure the best possible performance and longevity.

We’ll also provide the Cat S•O•S^SM Fluid Analysis service to ascertain the health of oil, coolant and other vital machine fluids. At the conclusion of the service, we’ll provide you with written reports containing our findings.

Customizable PM Agreements to Meet Your Requirements and Budget

A Boyd CAT’s PM agreement is not a “one-size-fits-all” proposition! We’ll work with you to create a customized agreement that specifically addresses your equipment maintenance needs. Using your input, we’ll take into account factors such as the way you use your machines, your typical job site and work environment, and the extent of your in-house service capabilities.

Pricing is also extremely flexible. We offer services as a fixed cost per usage, as a flat monthly fee or on a per-visit basis — whichever works best for you. Keep in mind that you can also include any allied (non-Cat) in your PM agreement.
