How to Get Started

Signing up is easy!

  1. Visiting the MyBoyd login page.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. We’ll assign your login credentials and send them to you via email.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

MyBoyd is a customer portal we built to make managing your business with Boyd CAT easier and more efficient. You can view your purchased equipment, rented equipment, warranties, reps, branches and local weather all in your dashboard. We’ve also included links to other helpful resources like Parts.Cat.com, VisionLink and BillTrust.

On the portal login screen, there’s a button that says “Sign Up.” You can request access here and we’ll set up your login credentials.

Cat Central doesn’t include your rental equipment, weather or contact information for your sales representatives.

Yes, MyBoyd is a free tool we built as an added value of doing business with Boyd CAT.

You can manage who has access to your account from within the portal, or you can reach out to us, and we’ll help take care of it.

Yes, we will assign new login credentials for your account. At this time, we do not have single sign-on with the rest of your Cat accounts.

The equipment associated with your account with Boyd CAT will automatically pull into the portal. Please allow some time for new equipment to be added.

Yes, MyBoyd will show any equipment associated with your account with Boyd CAT, including other manufacturers.

If you click on your account name in the top right corner of the dashboard, you will find an option to update your information.
