DL-4400 sawThe DL-4400 has what CSI calls a DOG LEG (DL) style saw box which gives the loader operator a better view plus more grapple room when pulling the tree stems up for the next cut. It is built from high strength tube and alloy steel by skilled workers to create a machine that is strong and durable. New innovations such as four larger 3/4 inch bar mounting bolts and a hydraulic cushion bar stop help maximize bar speeds. A one turn cam type chain adjuster makes adjusting chain tension fast and simple. These features, along with our auto adjusting feed system which maintains the fastest cutting speed at all times, makes the DL- 4400 a CLASSIC and the leader in bar and chain slashers. |
DL-4200 Lo-Pro sawThe DL-4200 is built with a low profile sawbox for great visibility and easy loading and unloading of tree stems. The DL-4200’s reliable and economical belt drive insures smooth fast cuts in any situation and provides exceptional performance even with low-flow hydraulic circuits on some loaders. A 44″ buck width offers the cutting capacity of larger slasher saws, while taking up less space on the landing site. |

MS-3100 sawThe MS-3100 Swing Arm Saw is made from the same high strength tube and alloy steel as our other saw models. The MS-3100 remains attached to the loader trailer deck at all times which makes it easily to set on and off by using the convenient lifting handle on the saw. The MS-3100 swing-arm gets its flexibility by using two heavy-duty rotation bearings, one on the mounting base and the other on the back of the saw box. The MS-3100 uses the same length saw bar and the same size chain as the CSI 264 Ultra pull-thru delimber. The MS-3100 also has the one turn cam type chain tension adjuster that makes adjusting chain tension fast and simple. All these features plus our auto adjusting feed system makes the MS-3100 a very convenient, fast, and productive saw. |
R-60 Circle SawThe R-60 Circular Slasher Saw saw has a pendulum swing carriage geometry design that ensures fast cuts and smooth cycles. The R-60 is powered by a Parker piston-type motor designed for many hours of dependable and trouble-free service. The 60-inch heavy-gauge saw blade is equipped with hollow ground carbide tipped inserted teeth to withstand the harsh environment of a typical logging operation. |

PTD-264 ULTRA 4-KNIFE DELIMBERThis 4-knife pull-thru delimber comes equipped with an integrated topping saw. It is suited for use in hardwood or pine. The 72″ wide throat opening, a special roller, and our unique knife design makes delimbing trees smooth and easy. It comes mounted on a cradle constructed of high alloy steel. We also use top quality rotation bearings, pivot bushings, and rollers. Its ease of operation yields maximum production. |

Cutting Systems Inc | Felling HeadDFH-3526The model DFH-3526 is a rugged and robust chain and bar dangle felling saw head designed for use on excavator type carriers. The head is expertly designed and built from the finest alloy steel to withstand the daily punishment of a felling operation. The head is equipped with a 3/4 pitch chain running on a 37″ bar. The model DFH-3526 will cut a 26″ tree at a single pass or cut a 35″ tree with multiple passes. The arms are designed to allow the operator to pick up the tree after it has fallen and remove the big limbs, top, and shovel log the tree stem into position where the skidder has easy access for skidding to the landing.
